Odyssey was very responsive in addressing a critical situation. Sent two technicians within an hour of my call. Nathan and Tyler were very professional and explained their work clearly. We have been very satisfied with Odyssey, both in their regular maintenance of our HVAC system and their responsiveness when service is needed. Great company! Highly recommend.

Installed part of unit backwards, resulting in drip pan completely rusting out and needing to be replaced within one year, pipes in attic wrapped too tightly when installed resulting in condensation dripping onto attic floor, had to have them come out multiple times to fix the same issue, representatives who answer the phone don’t know anything, technician came out one weekend to respond to a service call with no out of hours fee but the next weekend when the same issue comes back the technician says there is an out of hours fee attached and did not indicate as such until 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Technician did wind up coming at no extra charge and apologized for the miscommunication. But ultimately I do not trust the quality of their work or their care for their customers.

Matt the technician was very knowledgable and kind! I appreciate his dedication along with his patience to tackle the issue my unit was experiencing. Kevin, the owner, is also a delight to work with. 10/10 would recommend working with this crew!

My realtor was there for the inspection. They showed up in a timely manner and completed the inspection with well documented photos and estimates for recommended work I can’t comment on work done since it was only an inspection. That remains to be determined. But prices reasonable and quick appointment set up.
